The color is amazing is well put together absolutely no complaints beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice

It is my loss that I will never order from Joybird again. The Elliot twin sofa is lovely. Cushion not perfect but overall quite nice. Horrible repeat Issues: I was told delivery would be 1:30-4:30, I scheduled my clients around that time frame then I get a text it’s being delivered at 10:00 am! Delivery people said they have no idea about the texts and I ruffled my patients’ by being upside down due to this mess. 2. Salesperson after I bought it says legs DO NOT come off. I created chaos on my building about what can be done to get in my apt. Struggling to get customer care to email with a persons name signing the response, I finally found out by jet dusting they do come off. Individuals were attentive but the initial error by salesperson and the system as a whole made this a nightmare. Weeks later a manager if shipping arranges a call with me and I again shift my schedule to make it work and no call comes in until 45 minutes later. There is no way to speak to customer service only emails and only asking for them to sign emails so there is continuity does it happen. Ooor poor shipping and customer service coordination. When I called to find out about switch in time if delivery they had no way to help. When I called shipping they sent be back to Joybird. Separately when I call about dining chairs on sale on the website I ask where I can view them in NYC. And they are not returnable when on sale. Nowhere. So chairs which must be comfortable can’t be sat on to decide and can’t be refunded if purchased. What is Joybird thinking??? It’s a good thing I like the sofa but I will never use joybird again.
