Straight from us to you

While most of our competitors charge an arm and a leg for shipping, our shipping options are straightforward and affordable. We ship to most destinations within the contiguous United States, except to P.O. boxes. Learn more about our range of shipping and delivery options, and choose the method that’s right for you:

Delayed Shipping

Need more time? We can delay the production of your furniture so that it’s built and shipped when you’re ready. Your furniture won’t be sitting around in the warehouse collecting dust! [1]

Curbside Delivery

Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep or closest entrance, but won’t be unpacked or assembled. We recommend having an extra set of hands around to help! [2] [3]

In-Home Delivery

Price dependent on your location. A premium white glove service will deliver your order on a pre-scheduled date. The delivery team will move and unpack your order to the room of your choice and dispose of all packaging. Please note: Not all items are eligible for white glove service. [4]

Your flat rate In-Home delivery fee or Curbside delivery fee is determined by your zip code.

[2] If curbside delivery is an option, you will be charged a curbside fee based on your zip code (curbside not available on all products).

[3] Shipping rates on decor items from our third-party vendors will vary.

[4] Not all items are eligible for white glove service.

Return Shipping

All returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for your order and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law.
